Progressive Swim Workout For Triathletes

Here is a great swim workout for triathletes that you can progress weekly over 20 weeks! It combines short rest with varying paces along with pull buoy and paddle work too. You need to know what your Ironman pace per/100 (meters or yard) is to be able to set the send off times. If you don’t know, simply swim an easy 100 and add 5-10 seconds to get your first send off time. You’ll know by the end of the first workout if you need to add or subtract time.
